This is an interesting article ; that I'm finding all over the internet today. I definitely agree with it and would also say these 2 traits are included in lasting friendships as well.

I love this. And it's so very true. In a way it's sad that this even makes the news because it's very common sense stuff. Building up your partner, being there for your partner (really being there, not just going through the motions) is going to make him/her feel emotionally satisfied and more likely to give back to you. Leading to a healthy relationship.
